Wellington has a small, but growing network of electronic music producers. Most of them make sounds in their own litle bird-nest of spaghetti wiring they call a home studio. Some actually get out enough to play live at events, while others whittle away their hours just for the blunting pleasure of it.The LRS has been at it for years. Originally guitarist with the Conventional Toasters, now evolving through the electronic phase. Has put out a couple of local releases and endured a few live sets - check him out at Sonic Mass this Saturday.
Those lads from Oblique have been pretty active lately, playing at the Gate II, and releasing demo tapes (over 20) left, right and centre.
