Music at the moment by Bevan and Mitch. Concepts involve Shanan.Gear: analogue synths, DR-660, various effects, 8 Track reel. Music: progressed from ambient/isolationism (some of my favourite recording) trance/ambient, dub/trance, and now minimal techno stuff, more ambient..
In August/September this year we sent a demo to Pulse. Michael liked it. We have a track on the next Pulse comp called "inconsistence". Michael describes it as "edgy trance". EP next year is planning to be released in Feb/March. Five tracks a couple of which will be aired at the GATE and the Binary Tribe gig thing Dec 9 which will be a harder more experimental set......
"My greatest goal this year was to play at an EDEN gig. The Gate is the fulfillment of a major goal!!!!!! Our set is 126 to 146 BPM, quite minimal, sometimes housey, ultimate designed to be fun, fun, fun!!!!!!"
The next PULSE comp is expected in January, featuring ICU, Area 51, Fruit, Field and Oblique.
Oblique also have a placement on the forthcoming Obscure compilation
