Early March 2006 Garden Place will echo the sounds of laughter, bewilderment and welcome 30,000 visitors over the four day Garden Place Buskers Carnival.
A dynamic group of international Street Performers armed with suitcases of props, quick wit and some kooky habits; will transform Garden Place and the surrounding street corners into stages for some of the hottest busking acts to perform.
The warm March weather, combined with idyllic Garden Place will set the scene for the world's most prominent gymnasts, stuntmen, dangerous jugglers, magicians, pavement artists, musicians and comedians to entertain.
The Garden Place Buskers Carnival is comprised of over 100 street shows spread throughout locations in the Hamilton CBD, including Garden Place, a Carnival Main Stage and Family Pitch, a live NZ Graffiti demonstration, pavement arts, live New Zealand music and good quality food vendors.
