THE BLACK SEEDS
NEW ZEALAND WINTER TOUR
JULY 2002
Wellington reggae-funk band The Black Seeds are back on the road for a highly anticipated nationwide tour that promises to once again get crowds up and skanking all across Aotearoa!!!
With the highly acclaimed release of their debut album 'Keep On Pushing' last year and an enormously successful New Zealand Summer Tour, The Black Seeds have established a reputation as one of New Zealand's best new bands. 'Keep On Pushing' has now sold several thousand copies and The Black Seeds have consistently packed out venues throughout the country with what can only be described as a high energy live show that is not to be missed.
The Winter Tour gives The Black Seeds a well-earned break from the studio, where they've begun recording a second album due for release later in the year. With the up and coming release of Keep On Pushing in Australia and Europe, a remix album due out in August and an Australian tour planned for the end of the year, the future's looking very bright for this Wellington bunch.
Join The Black Seeds in July as they travel the country for an eight-show tour that guarantees to provide the Winter Warm Up you've been waiting for!!
