"We are Substream (a.k.a elan) We put Sanctuary on at studio nine back in March, that party rocked!!! The aim of these parties is to move trance back to the underground, to provide uplifting nights, with awesome vibes, in an awesome environment. We will bring the best dj talent from around New Zealand and hopefully from abroad. We believe in quality production (sound, lights, decor etc)".
