Special Orientation edition featuring featuring dj Cyrus (London/ Detroit/ Wellington)
The fourth episode in the Stereonasties club series, this is the culmination of nearly 2 years transmission of the finest, freshest and most f**kdup techno from across the globe. DJ's Agent 99, B-Low, Coda, Shadowgirl and Tjaden combine forces to bring you the widest selection of eclectronica every Friday from 11PM-1AM on Active 89FM.
This time out, Stereonasties set to DEFCON-1 for a feet-freekin' night out at Studio 9 celebrating the return of our favourite free-radical Cyrus, and the beginning of the new Varsity year.
Fresh from his foray through the techno capitals of London and Detroit, Cyrus blasts through Wellington's dance nucleus with a showcase of his trademark smooth and soulful grooves garnered from years of devotion to the distinctive Detroit sound. Wellington old-skoolers will have fond memories of past journeys, later converts will finally be able to experience his uniquely graceful style.
Friday the 2nd March, Cyrus introduces you to the sublime sonics and stripped-down beauty of techno, offset by uncut head drilling selections by Stereonasties stalwarts Shadowgirl, B-Low and Agent 99.
