The fourth installment of the dance party SPRING BREAKS is hitting Gisborne on Saturday 3rd of August. With the advent of sunny seasons to come, and the traditional spring uni holidays, the night will be a hot vibe, with local and international DJ/music talent. 2 rooms. Multimedia visuals. Performances.

Jason Eli is the DJ / producer recently relocated from UK to AK. He fronts Groovadelica every Tuesday on GeorgeFM from 10am-12 midday.

Born & bred in London, by '91Jason became a regular fixture at Londons Ministry of Sound, playing predominantly U.S House in the bar & main rooms, and mixing up the styles in the VIP room before developing an all important Saturday night residency for the following 4 years. 

As a producer Jason is  credited with production & remixes for larger & smaller labels and artists as diverse as Masters At Work and Whitney Houston. His new record label called Groovadelica is distributed via the UK through Goya Music, the home of artists like 4Hero, Bugz in the Attick, Phil Asher and many more.

Today you can hear him combining London attitude with the sunshine soul of Aotearoa in his musical mix of new release & essential classic Latin, Broken Beats, Reggae, R n B , Drum & Bass, Hip Hop, House (in its many forms) with Jazz joints as well!

BrazilBeat Sound System, fresh from last week's Full Moon Party, will be running the Lounge all night with a mashup of dub, reggae, Brazilian and general grooviness. High-energy drum set around 1am.

Gisborne's finest DJ Hat and DJ Geraldine will pull the juiciest select house wax out of the crate for a bumpin' good time.
