New Zealand Fringe Festival 2007

This year's New Zealand Fringe Festival is back, better and more chaotic than ever before. Featuring a cast of thousands of creative artists, performing scintillating street theatre, bizarre busking, amazing artistic installations and magical music, Fringe '07 is the most captivating highlight of New Zealand's arts and entertainment calendar.

Wellington City comes alive with leftfield theatre and top music throughout the night and family-friendly events during the summer days. Highlights include Fricnic (the Fringe Festival picnic), Chalk the Walk, Rappin' On the Fringe and , of course , the opening and closing night parties. With no International Festival of the Arts in 2007 (taking it's biennial hiatius), Fringe 07 has added significance as a highlight of the New Zealand arts and culture calendar.

Music, theatre, street performances, art, multi-media , all of it is creative, artistic boundary-pushing and passion. Aotearoa shifts left for February/ March 2007 for the New Zealand Fringe Festival!
