DJ Nuts in Wellington

Following his legendary Auckland show in 2004, Brazilian bad man DJ Nuts is winging his way back to Aotearoa from his home town of Sao Paolo , and this time Welly's in on the party too!

Having played at Sao Paulo's biggest clubs since the age of 16, Nuts' experience and passion for music is renowned.

His ability to transform rare grooves into a massive hip hop mash-up are legendary, with his slicing and dicing of bossa, samba, classic Brazilian funk and other Latin rhythmical treasures setting dance-floors alight across the globe.

Nuts' undeniable talent has seen him rub shoulders with hip hop icons such as Madlib, J-Rocc and Jurassic 5, as well as the most popular and talented Brazilian musicians of his era including Gilberto Gil, Jorge Ben and Marcelo D2.
