Emerging as the alter ego of Melbournian producer Mic Newman, Fantastic Man presents an honest interpretation of house music. Delicate by nature and emotionally charged, his considered productions are authentic and give the audience an insight towards the complex simplicities of the man himself. Whether it stems from his passion for globetrotting, or just his immense love for Hot Sauce, either way, he is responsible for sold-out records on an array of international institutions, such as New York’s Let’s Play House, London’s Wolf Music and his own Fine Choice Records. His music is held in high regard, with appearances on compilations, including the coveted DJ Kicks, along with accolades from countless luminaries ranging from the likes of Larry Heard to Etienne de Crécy.

As a DJ, Fantastic Man treads the vast territory between house and techno with World influences and a heavy nod to Detroit and Chicago. With a busy worldwide tour schedule, Fantastic Man is in the constant pursuit of paradise – and with a gentle hand - will take you along for the ride, if only so he can lead you down a winding path into the haze and strobe light.
