The waterfront pavement comes alive with the return of this Fringe favourite. The city provides the space and inspiration, the Fringe provides the chalk and you transform the waterfront with colour, inspiration and artistic abandon. Street performers and chalk artists are on hand for entertainment, wandering around the wonderful concrete creations.
