Following on from the massive Grooverider and MCGQ gig. Bass Frontiers returns to their local format for their only gig at studionine in May. We will be flying in 2 members of Christchurch's leading drum and bass crew, Point Blank, DJ Pots and B-line. For what promises to be another epic encounter.
Pots has been spinning for over 5 years now. He has played all over New Zealand alongside the likes of Goldie, Grooverider, Konflict, Randall, Storm, Doc Scott, DJ Trace to name but a few. He has recently moved into the realms of production and works under the title Bulletproof. Having produced a number of tunes already he is almost ready to unleash his first release on Subtronix Recordings. The 12" will feature the tunes Communion and Hexagon.
B-line is New Zealand's leading female drum and bass DJ. She has been an integral member of the Christchurch dance scene for a few years now as well as one of the leading members in the Point Blank crew. Her sound is deep and dark and she never fails to set a dancefloor alight with her exceptional mixing ability.
