A deft technologist behind the decks and dynamic audio manipulator – each performance a hypersonic melting pot of muscular house jams, Detroit motorbass and sizzling analogue techno grooves.

Drawing inspiration from the astral arpeggios of 70s Krautrock, through to the ragged Balearic vagabond synth pop of the 80s and the proto-rave machine rhythms of the 90s.

Equally at home in underground basement clubs, inner city lofts, and open air festivals, Matt Drake honed his skills with multiple residencies and support for the worlds premier DJs, alongside countless guest appearances throughout New Zealand's leading club institutions and parties.
