Air 2

August 1 sees Clearlight and Campaign for a Better City present the second installment of road rocking beats in a fully enhanced Lava Lounge.

The party will be a celebration of the local community; the people and the place that makes the name 'Wellington' mean something special. All the proceeds are being put toward the CBC bid to stop 'the Bypass', in order to help nurture and preserve our community.

AIR2 will showcase a fine mix of Wellingtons finest mixers... Styles from dub, through house, techno and drum'n'bass will be represented, so everyone can shake their booty to stop 'the Bypass'.

The evenings festivities will be kicked off at 10pm with Wellingtons own Taikoza, (who host the monthly Full Moon Drumming sessions), performing a wild mix of organic percussion and fire juggling.

Clearlight would like to thank the following businesses and individuals who have given their support to AIR2: Quinn AudioVisual, Red Bull, Thames Publishing, Cheapskates, Grace, Active 89FM, Starfish, Boardriders, Sticky Fingers, Taikoza, the Lava Lounge, and deejays Lemon, Clinton Smiley, Flic, Sean, Andy B, and K-Tel.

Their generosity has made the party possible, so please support people who support the people of Wellington!

$8 presale tickets are available from Starfish and Cheapskates. Come along, get down, support the cause!
